Work your way down while hugging the wall. \Inside the Caves hug the left wall in a generally West direction. Do so into the Deep Purple Vents.įollow these vents downward and they lead to the Crystal Caves. They give off a small glow in the darkness. At night, Rubies are much easier to find. You'll cross the Purple Vents and come to a dropoff where you can descend. In Subnautica: Below Zero, Rubies appear as white rocks that have four red mineral spikes jutting from it. To begin we'll start from the Drop Pod and head about 850 meters away in Southeast.
